Mission
The mission of PATTS is to prepare motivated individuals for meaningful careers in the union carpentry trade through intensive hands-on training, realistic job-site expectations, human-centered leadership development, and direct connections to signatory contractors and our registered apprenticeship programs. PATTS helps participants build technical readiness, professional confidence, personal accountability, and the work habits needed to contribute safely and respectfully to a construction team.
Vision
The vision of PATTS is to be a leading pre-apprenticeship model that expands access to respected skilled-trade careers and prepares technically capable, emotionally intelligent, and human-centered professionals. PATTS seeks to strengthen the future workforce by creating a clear, credible, and attainable pathway from potential to employment, apprenticeship, and long-term career success.
